"My role has many benefits. I enjoy the people I work with and the relationships I have built as I provide technical support to our staff. Stan Yonashiro
Coach in the Student Venture Coaching Center
Hometown: Honolulu, Hawaii
How do you view your role as helping to fulfill the Great Commission?
" By helping students and youth workers to do the work of ministry where they are, I am helping to make ministry happen at more and more schools. We trust God to one day see ministry happening at each one of the 56,000 middle and high schools in the U.S. As the students we help gain a vision of themselves as student-missionaries at their schools, we see more evangelism, especially personal evangelism, at an increasing number of schools. And, of course, we have no way of knowing just how many are downloading our resources around the world! "

Cy Todd
Administrative Assistant to Roger Randall, VP for Europe and Russia
Hometown: Northville, Michigan
What does your position involve?
"I wear many hats here at Lake Hart! My main hat involves assisting Roger in his everyday activities, helping to make him more effective. This includes scheduling, correspondence, finances, tech, travel, meetings, etc, etc. I also act as an event planner, working behind the scenes, at Campus Crusade conferences in the US, Europe, Russia and around the globe. Another hat I call my networking hat. This involves connecting our staff in Europe and Russia with the right people here at Lake Hart and beyond, connecting them both for ministry purposes and for personal issues such as salary and benefit questions, training issues, tech issues and anything else that might help them in their ministry. A fourth hat is that of Computer Coach. This means that I assist colleagues here at Lake Hart with any computer problems they might have before the problem gets bumped up to the Computer Department." |
